First time buying and installing an motherboard and CPU

Basicly what the title says and I am unsure of what to purchase. Right now i've set on a motherboard and a cpu but my problem is that I don't know what cooler socket the motherboard has, and I would apreciate of giving your opinions of what I choose and what I should buy.

That CPU comes with the fan and heatsink. The mobo socket is FM2+. If you want an aftermarket one like a Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO, it will work also.The AMD sockets (FM2, FM2+, AM3+)are all compatible as far as coolers are concerned.

Are you sure? It doesn't says anywhere that it comes with a fan and heatsink.
