Hi all. So Santa brought me a GL552V, as well as a 850 EVO M.2 500GB SSD. I am having some difficulty setting it up properly.
I want to migrate Windows 10 to the SSD. What is the best way to do it? I have cloned everything from the my computer's original C drive to the SSD, but do not see an option to boot from the SSD.
I want to delete everything off the computer's original storage, but am afraid to do so until I am sure that my SSD is properly set up with the OS and everything.
Since my SSD's capacity is larger than everything installed on the computer, I would expect it to be straight forward...but I am sadly still confused. I want to hopefully avoid having to disconnect the original HDD to check if the SSD is usable as a boot drive. Is there a safe way to do this?
