Error pc new gpu installed help

I have an old hp workstation called HP xw 4600 its has a 475 watt psu intel core 2 quad q6600 2.4 Ghz, and a gpu. I wanted to install a new one, so i bought a gtx 660ti for 90€ (seen working) so i put it in and i get 6 long beeps and a flashing red light. And i just dont know what to do. HELP ME PLEASE

looks like there a bios limit of 256k or 512k on video cards this server uses.

i had an hd 6670 from his, worked fine but i wanted to game on it :( so i bought this

could i just replace the motherboard ? something like this Gigabyte GA-EG45M-UD2H
