CPU/GPU/PSU/Motherboard (Overheating or normal?)

I have bought a Evga GTX 960 2GB DDR5 and Cooler Master 550 Watt PSU. My CPU is AMD A10-5700. When I play games, my CPU temperature goes up to 80°C (+/- 5°). Is it normal for it to go like that?

is this a stock cpu cooler? i guess yes... can you check if the cpu cooler is well installed and have thermal paste?
can you put more case fan?

The CPU cooler came with the system when I bought it. But I see that some people say its normal with 80°c temp and some saying not... So I am confused right now.

you should not go over 74 degrees max
but in extrem stress its possible to reach 80

If I were to upgrade my CPU and have a budget of $175, which one should I get? Also, if I downgrade my GPU, would it reduce mt CPU temperature?

keep going on saving money and get a new pc
a prebuilt pc is always a nightmare to upgrade and often you can not do it

What if I downgrade it to a GTX 750? .... I mean if it is okay with this much temperature, then I guess it would be fine. But if it reduces the temperature by downgrading mt GPU to GTX 750, I think it would be better.
