Hi everyone,
So my CPU temperatures skyrocketed today when I ran a stress test. At idle, my CPU sits nicely at 30C. However, today I ran a stress test, and the temperature skyrocketed to almost 100C. I immediately stopped the test when I noticed this. The temperatures got this high very very quickly, almost instantly when I started the test. Also, my temperatures when I play games never get even close to those (normally around 40-50C). Any ideas for why this could be happening? (I do not use a stock cooler, I have a closed-loop liquid cooler).
Edit: Figured this may be important to. I am using prime95, and my system runs Windows 10.
