Hey there
when i plug 2 sata hdd in 2 connectors of single wire then one of the hdd stops functioning
bcoz of which i have to use connectors of different wires, which decreases my psu connectors
Is this common or my only in my psu.
Each wire has 3 sata and 2 molar connectors but can't handle mare than 1 hard drive
why??

currently i'm running 2 hdd's so currently there is no problem
Psu: Zebronics ZEB-600w

Solution
It's more likely to be a faulty connector or wire. The PSU does not care which ones it's on. If it were overloaded moving it wouldn't fix it.

That being said it's a poor 300W PSU suitable for an office machine and that's it. Do NOT try and pull 600W from it and I would replace it.

Agree with all of the above.
