Ok let me start of by saying I know little to none about computers so be very detailed if you respond to my question.

I bought a cyber power PC, model C series. I'm looking to beef it up a bit. My motherboard is a GA-H110M-A. It has a large PCIEX16 slot and 2 small PCIEX1 slots. My current graphics card is a zotac gt730. 350W power source.

The reason I'm looking to beef it up a bit is I can only play games like H1Z1 or ARK on low settings without having high frames. My question is what graphics cards are compatible with my motherboard. I know I will have to upgrade my power source to at least a 650 bronze, but the graphics card I'm not sure about. A lot that ive looked at say "PCIE 3.0" what does the "3.0" mean and would It work with my motherboard. HALP!!

Your core system is fine mate .
The board is a fairly basic model but as long as it has enough USB ports etc for your uses its decent quality & doesn't need changing.

You don't need to spend anywhere near your budget.

That's all you need to upgrade mate IMO.

You may want to add extra fans to the case , generally though if you have a front intake fan & a rear exhaust you'll be fine.
