Not sure what left I can do. I finally after months of giving up then working on it again and giving up I discovered that it boots normally if I take the CPU out then put it back in. No problems at all but if it goes into hibernate or shuts down it immediately gives me postcode 00 then I'm back to the start. I've taken out ram, graphics card, everything plugged into it with no avail, but reseating the cpu always lets it boot back to normal. Currently can't even get to bios because it displays nothing on my monitors. Anyone have any ideas at all?

Rma is sort of out of the option because the age of the board.

Here whats inside of it;
Asus Maximus IV Exteme-Z
3579k w/ h110 cooler
G-Skill ripjaws ddr3 1600mhz 8gb
MSI 980ti
EVGA 850 b2

check the cpu for bent pins.

If your getting a 00 error code you wont be able to get to the bios .reset the CMOS by removing the battery, update the bios with the on board tools and check your ram and the cpu installation

I've checked bent pins and this motherboard doesn't have a CMOS battery its just a button on the back that I've tried. I tried using the bios B as opposed to A still got nothing. I just pulled the CPU again so I can get it to boot. I wish it was any other code than 00 since it's seemingly the most difficult to fix.

Going to try and update the bios right now. Thanks for the help!
