I just built my first computer and of course I am slowly getting to the point of it working, but I have windows downloaded on my SSD, but my HDD isn't showing up. I want to put everything else on my HDD and nothing else on my SSD and use it just for boot, but it's not there in the folder. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

In the BIOS it says it is plugged in, but when I go into Computer it is only showing my SSD. I am running Windows 8 Pro currently.

Open Disk Management (not Windows Explorer)
Does it show there?

That's odd.
Can you post a screencap of this?

I have a screenshot of it, but I do not know how to attach it to the message.

Upload that to imgur.com.
Post the link here.

This should work, first time using imgur.http://
It's almost like they are both trying to be Disk C and the SSD is that.

Your Disk 0 is the 2TB HDD.
Right click on that space in the bottom portion.
It should give you an option like 'New Simple Volume'
Do that.
