hi. so the specs are:
i7 4790k
win 10
Gigabyte z97 gaming 5
GTX 980 Ti
Geil 2x8GB DDR3 2400Mhz
i noticed speccy shows that the RAM sticks are at 1600Mhz. and if i want to get it up to 2400 i have to do it myself. so i installed gigabyte EasyTune app. opened it and although it said DDR4 something something i didn't mind and set it to 2400. it asked for a system reboot so i did, now i just get ''error loading operating system''
i did get in the BIOS and have found the ram frequency settings. when i first checked it after the problem it was set at automatic. i tried setting it at x16 but i get the error again
