I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling my printer, updated the drivers, and still can't get my HP printer to print in full color. The ink levels aren't low either. According to the diagnostics, it's working but the color isn't right. An example is orange prints as purple.

Are you sure that you're actually printing the colors you want to print? Run the color/nozzle check diagnostic and see if the primary colors print out correctly in the order you're supposed to see them (read manual to know the correct order).
If that works correctly, then the issue is in how your printing or what you are printing. Try opening word and opening http://www.jeffreysward.com/image/Cmyk_postcard_test_srgb_v10_w600.gif inside it. If that prints correctly, whatever you are trying to print is the issue.
