I dont even think that the screws came with the mother board.

I'm extremely confused and don't know what to do. what do you think i should do? I opened up my mother board and looked everywhere for the screws, I don't know what they would be in or how they would be packaged, but all I know is that I cannot find them. What do you propose?

Motherboard screws come with the case, not the board. Use the ones that came with your case.

The reason the screws come with the case, is because not all cases use the same size standoffs. The screws need to match the thread pitch of the standoffs that the case manufacturer chose to use. Even the standoffs themselves may be different from case to case depending on the height needed to raise the motherboard to fit the case design.
