Overclocking ram from 2400mhz to 3200mhz will it OVERHEAT?

I bought G.SKILL Ripjaws 4 Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM F4-2400C15Q-32GRK
It came stock at 2400mhz. When I installed the ram in my MSI X99A SLI KRAIT EDITION on boot it was at 2133mhz at 1.2v,

I enabled xmp and overclocked the ram to the stock 2400mhz but raised the voltage to
1.35v, It just makes me feel better because it HAD errors in memtest but not anymore.
I fixed the errors by re-seating all 4 sticks a few times (It was maybe dust or not inserted correctly).

The motherboard has only a few OC options like 2133, 2400, 2666, and 3200. I would like to OC the ram to 3200mhz but I have never OC'ed ram before
Questions:
DO I really need a fan to blow directly on the ram?
WILL the ram overheat?
WHAT voltage does the ram need to be set to IF OC'ed to 3200mhz?
Is it safe to OC 2400mhz ram to 3200mhz?
WILL there be ANY risk if I overclock to 3200mhz?

My 5820k is OC'ed to 4.5ghz

I want 3200mhz for bragging rights, I need someone who has overclocked to 3200mhz on ram before.
