My Friends New PC Won't Install Windows

My Friend Just Got A Windows 10 IBUYPOWER I Series 301 PC For Christmas. I For One Can't Find Any Existence Of This Computer On Google. He Says It Has Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit. Whenever He Tries To Turn It On It Says Windows Cannot Be Installed Because The Computer Needs To Be Restarted. Im On Phone With Him And I Have No Answer For This. He Says He Does Get A Screen Though And It Goes Through Normal Startup Screen. This Is His First Time Turning It On. Help Him

Well He Is New To The World Of PC Gaming And Doubt Even Knows What The BIOS Is Let Alone Entering It. How We He Enter It On That Particular Computer. And The Case Is Black He Said With A Big Side Window

Yikes appears to be an ebay only thing.....So it sounds like your friend has the windows 10 update error issue by chance can you walk him to enter safe mode and see if it will load windows?

I Don't Know Much On The Software Side Of Computers, Im Still Just Finishing The Processes Of Building My Gaming PC. Im Just Using My Knowledge Ive Gained From The Past Year, Very Limited In Software Though.

Have him boot the computer and press f8 until he gets the screen to enter safe mode

Ok if he enters boot windows in safe mode will windows load? Another easy fix is just download the windows 10 media creation tool and make bootable usb from your computer then give it to your friend and have him/her reinstall windows. Link provided below how to do this
