First and Foremost, I read all the very helpful suggestions, and did some initial research. so thank you for everyone putting time into responding, it is much appreciated. I want to say that my budget for this new PC Build will be around $2500, (meaning I can go up a little more or a little less depending on what I would gain on the long run)

My initial purpose would be Adobe After Effects & Premier Pro, I know that there is slight difference if you are aiming to work with after effects in terms of driver setup and specs.

--I was thinking x99 motherboard for sure;
6 core or 8 core I am not sure, but there is also Cache is important issue. I also had read problems with future proof of motherboards that are in the markets.

--def 32gb ram for sure unless I absolutely need more but I don't think so.

--I am thinking to put some budget into driver setup with ssd's as I heard for video editing performance is all about fast hd drives and correct raid setup, would love to hear any pointers regards to AE.

--4k is a possibility for me, I would like to have a system that would be def killer for 1080p but with reliable future proof for higher resolutions.

--and then GPU: 980ti seems to be the popular suggestion. crossfire setup (should I really need it, and maybe with 2 cheaper GPUs would that be a better performance addition than a single 980ti?)
I am not sure about CUDA, but I believe that is necessary evil for AE?

Looking forward to hearing your pointers.
Best, & Happy 2016

I know I went over budget, but for 4k video editing tendency system People suggested this setup With AsRock's Thunderbolt connection was a Good Setup that would do the job overall. so it turned out to be little over $4000 Note that I am thinking to use 2x Mushkin 1tb SSDs for Raid 0 setup for a Media Drive. The parts haven't arrived yet.
