so about two days ago I noticed that my screen started stuttering, which is not totally random, for example, my video and sound stutter whenever I adjust volume. or when I play League of Legends, whenever a game ends, the screen freezes for two seconds when the nexus explodes before the victory screen comes up. also, whenever I open chrome for example, it takes about 1-2 seconds to open up; it used to open up instantly (ssd).
I think it's also worth mentioning that before this started happening I did a stress test on my cpu (i5 4690k OC to 4.5) and gpu using HeavyLoad and FullMark, everything seemed normal. My cpu was getting around 27C on idle and I think close to or around 70C on full load if I recall correctly; my gpu temp was around 76 on full load I think.
since the stuttering started happening, my cpu temps have been unstable, and always fluctuating, even when I'm doing nothing. the lowest cpu temp I'm getting right now is about 33 (up from 27). if I open a new tab in chrome the temp jumps to 53 instantly, then goes down to 40s then 30s.
I'm thinking that my cpu is causing this, but I don't really know, I hope you guys can help me diagnose the issue.
BTW here's a list of my parts: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/imaginebarons/saved/#view=bkq9TW
Thanks in advance.
