I am brand new to computer hardware and I am looking to upgrade my graphics card to run Grand Theft Auto 5. Here is my computer specs (I used CPU-Z report file): click here.

Nope your CPU is too weak, you will have problems, as that CPU wont be able to Support the GTX950, they will work together but you wont be getting maximum performance out of the GPU. and the GTX950+ a real good CPU run GTA V at 40fps high settings
