MOTHERBOARD: Asrock Z97 Extreme 4
I suspect I may have broken my motherboard's onboard audio. I tried plugging my speakers straight into the front headphone jack (dumb, I know) and now they make this constant repetitive noise, even when no sound is playing.
I have tested a different pair of speakers and they produce the same noise.
Will I need to replace my motherboard? Is there any possible workaround?
