Building PC for brother.

Okay so, I'm building a PC for my brother specs:

i7 4770k
MSI z87 G45
GTX 780Ti
OCZ 6GB RAM (3x2GB)

My question: The voltage the RAMs run at for 1600Mhz is 1.65V, and it says that this exceeds the voltage on Z87 motherboards is that true, would I need to reduce the speed and voltage of the RAMs?

Solution
Intel states that ram voltage over 1.55volts can damage the CPU, still there are lot of people that run fast ram at 1.65 volts but Intel has freed them selves from liability with the statement. On the other hand your brother would be much better of with a 2 x 4GB kit.

Haha, these are very old memory, from my days when I had a X58 build.

Yes I'll just reduce the speed and voltage, my brother doesn't really need a lot of RAM, he likes to play old school games like Crysis, and Metro, and multiplayer games.
