I added a new motherboard and ssd to my rig, and my computer is now running slow as all get out, I don't want to try adding the old parts until I'm sure it'll help, someone please help, I've been trying to fix it for half a week. I've tried all the things I know, now I leave it to the internet to help me.

Specs:
OS-Windows 8.1 build 9600
GPU-gtx770 4mb
CPU-intel i7 4770k
RAM-16gb ripjaws
MOBO-ASRock z97 extreme4
Power Supply-850 watts
SSD-Crucial bx100 500gb
HDD-2tb

I did a complete fresh install, I just unplugged my HDD, and its running a little better. I just opened CSGO, a very easy to run game, and was getting 14 fps, I also had task manager open to see if it was spiking so hard that it was too much for my system, this is the screenshot http://imgur.com/h48MTqU. I usually run CSGO and 220-250 fps
