I unplugged my PSU before the computer shutdown!?!

So ... I accidently removed the PSU cable before from my computer shutdown and it doesn't turn on anymore. I replaced the motherboard but that still did not solve the problem. This is my first build and I am unsure what is wrong.

Any advice on what is wrong is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I've switched out the power supply and it still hasn't worked.
