So I have bought my RAM and when I put both of them in it doesn't work, but when I take one out it works. I don't know why this is but only slot 1 and 3 will work when I put it in, otherwise it will just show a black screen than after 10 seconds it shuts off. I'm wondering if I can put them in slot 1 and 3 at the same time. If not does anyone know the problem to this?
