Buying my first graphics tablet

I have a simple question:
What is a good graphics tablet or touch tablet for beginners or first buy?
I would quite like some advice on spending and certain types of surfaces as this is my first buy. I will be using it on/in adobe illustrator CS6 for sketching and designing mostly. I don't necessarily have a budget but would like to get something cheap- £30-£60 ($40-$90)

Yeah it looks very nice and sounds appealing but I don't know if over £60 is a possibility for my first tablet but I shall consider it.
PS: I have heard a lot about Wacom- what is the deal/popularity with this company?

Wacom is actually one of the most popular companies when it comes on to Graphic Tablets...
The ones that are up to the quality of the Huion I recommended though are way outside your budget..

It is ok... Really for the simplest drawings though... As soon as you get really in the dept, you can look into a tablet with a faster reaction time, higher pressure sensitivity, bigger screen area etc..
