Need to know if it's more cost effecient to upgrade or custom build a new PC

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 210
Memory: 4.0 GB
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit

Current Setup

Looking to have a computer optimal to at least Medium graphical settings on most Triple AAA titles.

New system, that build will need everything upgraded.
New processor, motherboard, graphics card, ram, and power supply at the least. I would maybe look at salvaging the storage and optical drive (if its SATA) and thats all the effort I would put into that system.
