Pc boots for 1 sec and then closes

So,2 days ago I accidentally killed my mobo by scratching it and since then my pc boots for 1 sec and then shuts down.While i have the new mobo installed i press the power button and everything but the case fans get powered but they immediately close.My motherboard is brand new and i dont know what to do pls help.

A)1st, try re-connecting the cables, CPU, wires, RAM and making sure that you got the proper cables/wires (including cpu case wires) in their proper places. Turn it on again

B) If it still powers down try resetting/running Bios on Default. Even if it is just run default anyway.

C) If it still powers down afterwards do the following:

1) Remove Graphics Card
2) Enable onboard graphic card
3) Power On

From there you will be able to assess if fault is wrong connection, bios setting or PSU

Awwwww god phewwwww!!!!! It seems like the cpu cable was a bit off on the psu side...sry for my stupidity i should have checked that in the beginning.Anyway thank u so much if it wasn't for you i wouldn't have realized it thank you so so mouch again :)
