Hello frans. I just ordered the Scythe Kotetsu processor cooler for my i7-4790k. I heard many good things about this cooler and how they improved it since the Mugen 4. They also say it is easy to install, which is a huge plus.
My question is, the black piece that runs over the top of that square block is screwed into the mounting part... Would I tighten the screws until they are snug? This is my second installation of a cpu cooler and I want it to have the best contact as possible with the CPU and Arctic Silver 5 thermal compound.
