I've got an LG LCD 47LD450, and it has little black horizontal lines across the entire screen. I've tried both HDMI outputs, and one doesn't work (but it hasn't for a long time), and the other is the one I've been using for months with no issues (until now).
The lines are not moving at all, but they do persist through menus, whether I have the HDMI plugged in or not.
I'm guessing this is going to be a screen issue, but I thought I'd post in here the hopes that maybe it was more of a t-con problem.

That image is just a plain white picture I found on Google.
