Can I add a graphics card to a motherboard with integrated graphics?

XFX Radeon HD 5450 1GB Video Card

You can add that graphics card to the motherboard since it does have a PCIe X16 slot. The integrated graphics in Intel systems is actually a function of the CPU and not the motherboard (just for clarification).
