This will game quite well and the use of the hyperthreaded i7 will kill in video editing. I gave you enough power to handle an overclock if you want. Choice of case is somewhat arbitrary.
I know that you say you have HDD's and SSD's, for video editing it is good to have two HDD's to handle large data block read/writes and an SSD to handle the program calls. Hope this is what you were looking for.
