Ok then, that's fair enough. Prebuilts available in a store are not going to work.

I'm just picking a store at random.
http://www.msystems.gr/ - Athens.

FX-6300 129EUR
GA-970A-DS3P 85EUR
Gigabyte 750ti 154EUR
Kingston 4GB 1600MHz RAM 24EUR
Msystems 500W PSU 24.50 EUR
Supercase SKP-378 ATX Case 23.99EUR
Toshiba 1TB Sata III 57.90EUR

Hold off until you can save another 50-60EUR.
That's a 498.39EUR build, and miles better than the one you proposed.
The PSU is probably poor, but you're not using demanding components and I would assume, considering it's branded by the store themselves that it has a somewhat decent warranty.

Only 4GB RAM included, but CS:GO only needs 2GB, so you're still much better off. Single stick though, so you...

What local stores? What's your location?

In the 400 EUR range, you'd probably be better off with a pre-built - even a laptop to be honest.
A dual-core pentium, a poor PSU, a 500GB HDD and a 1GB GPU is very much the bottom of the barrel these days.
Plus, at that budget, you don't even have an OS - assuming you want Windows.

Is it an OEM or retail disk? If it came preloaded with another system, you won't be able to transfer it - just so you know.

Sorry to be the one to tell you, but none of those components are "good". Some are "ok" at best. The 500GB HDD is probably the only thing "good" about it. The components are extremely dated.

You'll be able to play CS:GO on decent settings - probably medium/high. But for 400EUR, a prebuilt or even a laptop would perform just as well as the build you've proposed.

Does the local store you plan to buy from have a website that we can look through? You can probably do a lot better with 400EUR, although I know Greece is a tough market.

This all assumes you have an OS you can actually use.

It's worth asking. Try to explain that an additional 50-70EUR will hold you for much longer. Honestly, the FX chip, while not perfect, will serve you so much better than the Pentium, and for much, much longer!

You could scale it back by removing the HDD, if you still have one you can use? Maybe from an old computer? Or old laptop? Maybe a friend has an old one? It's not an ideal situation, but we don't live in an ideal world.

Yeah, I know Greece is pretty harsh on taxes - same with importing too.
