Memory in slots 3 & 4 no working, only on 1 & 2, even with one single stick in 3 or 4 won't boot, does any body had have this

Memory in slots 3 & 4 no working, only on 1 & 2, even with one single stick in slots 3 or 4, won't boot, does any body had have this problem or have an advise in how to fixed.
Asus motherboard Model M3A32-MVP Deluxe series,
Crucial memory 2 gbs sticks

Make sure the CPU cooler is mounted evenly on the CPU. Might have to loosen cooler mounting screws etc and then reposition CPU cooler.

Uneven pressure on the CPU might make it lose contact with some pins which in turn may lead to problems accessing some memory (slots).
