HELP! Fallout Four Crashing

So I just picked up fallout four in the steam sale and I can not play it for more than two hours at a time. Occasionally it will be a video driver crash but most of the time it will just completely freeze my computer until restarted and I have no clue what to do about it.

No my GPU is not overclocked specs as follows
Mobo: AsRock970mPro3
GPU: Gtx 650ti SSC
OS: Windows 10 Home 64bit
Memory: 1x8GB Corsair Vengeance 133mhz
CPU: AMD Fx 8320 Base Clock at 3.6ghz
