Hey WC and OC enthusiast, I hope you can help me out with a question regarding correct temperatures for my first water cooling build.
Do you guys know if my temperatures look correct for my setup? My ambient is currently 69-71F
i7-6700k (OC’d to 4.9GHz - 1.375v, 4.0ghz cache, DDR4 at 2133 - 80C max temp after 12hr Aida 64).

My Setup:
Define S from Fractal Design
i7-6700k Temps vary between 0-5C of each cores with the above-mentioned information
2x Black Ice Nemesis GTS 360mm radiators Hardware Labs (one intake front and one exhaust top)
6x Corsair SP120 Red Led 120mm fans
1x default Fractal Design 140mm fan (bottom intake fan)
Kingpin GTX 980 Ti (left at default settings and 31-33C idle)

Do these seem like correct temperatures for my setup? I have the Corsair Red LED SP120 on 100% speed. Should I buy the Corsair 120 High Performance PWM ones? Would the high performance PWM fans even help with the radiators being at 16-17 FPI and being so thin as it is (30mm)? Any suggestion guys?

If all fails, I’m definitely hoping to de-lid my CPU in the future once I get a vise. I really hope I can hit the mythical 5.0 GHz once I get everything set up.

I think you hit a wall with your chip for the cooling you have adding better fans will not matter (you have freaking 720mm of rads). 5.0 is no big deal with diminishing returns, unless it's just for bragging rights. I could run my old 2500K that high with a simple H100.
I could probably run my 4790K up to 4.9 with similar temps with my air cooler right now running OCCT at 4.6 I'm in the 72C area.
You might need to redo your cooler mounting and paste. For 100% stressing a CPU low 80's would not bother me because your never really going to get that high so you might be able to hit 5.0 now.

I see that's why I'm hoping to de-lid. I might have gotten a very poor connection, instead of improperly applying thermal paste, when they manufactured the IHS to the PCB. If I am able to get a 10-15C increase in temperature I definitely think i will be able to hit 5 ghz with a 1.45v max. I mean yea you're right tho it really isn't a big deal but only like top 1-2% can hit 5.0 is all I'm saying :)

Yea it is indeed possible. But I have been running the machine for about 36 operation hour time now and There aren't really any more little bubbles in my reservoir. It's pretty transparent. Hmm oh right i forgot to include the pump I'm using it's the D5/mcp655 one
