I have been having recent computer problems and realized I had never updated bios. My motherboard is the Asrock Z77 Pro3. I went to the Asrock website and downloaded the newest BIOS update for instant flash. I plugged in my usb stick and configured it to FAT32. I went into BIOS and selected Instant Flash. It detects the File and starts to read it then switches to "No Image File Detected" with Configuration or Refresh Device choices. What should I do?
