Hey everyone, I need opinions on an upgrade I am doing. Looking to do a 800-900 dollar upgrade and I just wanted to triple check and make sure everything should work okay. I am upgrading the motherboard, cpu, graphics card, and RAM.

This is my first time dealing with skylake/ddr4 and its time for an upgrade. Just wanted 2nd opinions on if everything is compatible or if there is anything I should change. Thanks!

Also wondering what m.2 is and if its necessary. I have a small ssd for windows and it seems to be for ssds. Clarification on that would be nice, it seems to be a big gripe for that motherboard
