My PSU fan doesn't spin, but get gets hot

Hi, the PSU fan I have doesn't spin and also, the PSU gets hot and smells like somethings burning inside the case. Should i get a new PSU?
P.S. my PSU comes with the case. Its name is Logisys cs 206bk.

any psu made by logicsys is a fire waiting to happen .

Yes replace it immediately and dont use the pc till you have

Use only 80+ bronze or better power supply units
