That really depends on what kind of overclock you have, and what program you are using to monitor the temp. FX chips are known to report false temps to a lot of programs, the only program trusted to display the correct temp for FX chips is AMD Overdrive (use it to monitor temps, never overclock though it). If your temps are actually that high it is too high (if your at stock). The temps you are reporting during gaming are what I get while running Prime 95 overclcoked to 5.5Ghz with H100i on my FX 8370. When I'm gaming it never gets beyond 55C. Your temps seem really high to me. What kind of case do you have, what kind of airflow does it have (how many case fans and does it pull from the bottom front and side and push out the top and back)? You could start with reapplying your thermal paste and cleaning out your tower with compressed air to ensure you don't have dust and debris clogging up the works. When I had my FX 8370 overclocked to 4.5Ghz on my Hyper 212 EVO I was getting much better thermal margins than you are.
