When you say that you can't choose any of them, does that mean that you can't actually select any of them with the keyboard or that none of them work to start the computer?

Try reseating the hard drive and RAM.

Check in the BIOS for a hardware scanner and run that to check the hard drive. If the system does not have a way to test thing in the BIOS then download a utility disk like Hirens or Ultimate Boot CD and run the hard drive scans included with that. If you see errors, replace the hard drive.

Other than that, if you can't get into any way of starting Windows, you may want to replace the hard drive anyway, install Windows on that and then copy your files over from the original drive.
