hey guys.
lately I having issues with my internet
my pc (win 10) connected to the internet with cable (Ethernet connection)
lately I had a problem my internet keep disconnecting and when I tried to solve the problem with windows troubleshoot it says "one or more protocols are missing".
the weird thing was that the problem happened only at a specific time of the day.
yesterday I finally found the cause od the problem, apparently the problem occurs when
my sister connecting to the internet via wifi with her android (galaxy e5).
I checked it today when the problem happened I disconnected her smartphone from the wifi and.. the internet back on pc!
if anyone know any solution to the problem please help!
thank you.
(sorry for my English)

Solution
We are saying, you are connecting and announcing "I'm John!" then your sister comes in and says, "I'm John!" Your network goes into an infart.

IP addresses must be unique and for some reason..... so figure it out.

Yes although it is quite unusual for your dhcp sever to assign the same ip your pc has for an android however you lose nothing by trying to change the IP. check your router settings and see what is the range the dhcp sever has and assign your pc an ip outside of that range.
