Hey guys and gals, I recently purchased a naga razor 2014 and fell in love with it. At least until that day. It was working fine sitting on my desk, me and my girlfriend decided to sit on the floor and watch a movie, I simply moved my monitor and keyboard to the floor then I picked up the naga and set it on the floor. Boom. LEDs shut off and was unresponsive. I pick it all back up put it back on the desk and I got nothing. I reinstalled drivers and everything but now when I plug the naga in, it says windows doesn't recognize the device so I reinstalled synapse and drivers a 2nd time and it still lays dead collecting dust. The issue is I got it off Amazon so I don't think I can return it. Anyone have an idea what could have happened? And or if it can be fixed? Thanks for any help!

I forgot to mention when I plug the mouse in it says the device has malfunctioned and windows cannot recognize it. Not sure what it means by malfunctioned but I reinstalled usb drivers and still nothin
