Hi, i have a pc with an AMD FX-8350, ASUS M5A99X EVO, R7 260X, with PSU Corsair CX600. Yesterday i noticed some issue when i'm playing games or watching videos. There's some sort of graphical glitch like pixelated black square flickering all over the video, Windows UI, and games. Is my graphics card broke, or is it just software issue?

This happens since i updating my windows to ver 10586 and radeon driver to Crimson 15.12. However i've tried rollback to catalyst 15.7.1 and this issue still persist.

Any solution?

The temps that its showing are totaly normal during load and to my knowledge aren't the culprit here. People have reported issues with the Crimson drivers already. Its most probably a software issue. You should try to roll back your system to a point where it was stable and didn't have any issues and then iupdate one thing at a time to see which one is causing the issue. If the problem persists of course.

It doesn't happen in BIOS nor when Windows boots. It only happens sometimes when GPU is under heavy load in Windows (e.g gaming). If when i'm gaming that glitch appears and i restart the PC, the glitch is gone, but it will sometimes show up again when doing some GPU intensive task. I already test my card using Furmark and MSI Kombustor and no a single glitch happen there. What should i do then?

Hi, here's my temp when the GPU is under full load. When idle, the temp is somewhere between 44-49 degrees. Is it too hot for my GPU?

well the issue started after the radeon crimson update and Windows 10 update 10586. I don't know which one is the culprit. Tried rollback to catalyst 15.7.1 but the problem still persist. Seems like i should try to rollback to Windows 10 first release or Windows 8.1 :(

Have you tried changing the cable that goes into your monitor? That might cause the issues. I had a similar problem when my screen started changing colors because of a faulty cable.

found the culprit! Seems that windows 10 10586 and the amd drivers still not stable enough to do heavy 3D task. Yesterday i rollback to Windows 8.1 x64 and catalyst 15.11. Run the game, OCCT test, kombustor test, video for around 3 hours and there is no flicker happens. Even when running OCCT the temps just lower then in Windows 10. Well i should waiting for stable drivers then. Very happy to know that my graphics card didn't broke.
