Games starts to lagg after 10 min of playing ! GPU temperature rises from 30 C to 60 C

Hello guys, im having a problem with temperature of the gpu ( at least i think it is the problem ) When i start the computer, the temperature of the GPU is about 27-31 C, but when i start playing Asassins Creed Syndicate the game runs smoothly, but after about 10 minutes, the temperature of GPU is 60 C, and the fps drops about to 15fps ! When i restart the computer everythings fine again, but when im starting to play, the same thing happens after 10 min. My specs - CPU i5 4590 , 8gb ram, gtx760 2gb. The computer is one year old, and last week i started to have these problems. What should i do??

So you think its ok that the temperature of the GPU is 60 C when your playing a game?? the temperature of the CPU is about 55 to 60 C

Those temps are fine for both a GPU / CPU so I doubt throttling is the problem. What power supply do you have and is there anything that has been installed (software or hardware) since the issues started?

I fixed the problem, but PLEASE listen. I have Tp-LINK wifi usb for my pc, when i unplug the usb device, the temperature of the GPU drops from 60 C to 30 C, and I can play games smoothly again without lagging, perfect ! The question is, why the TP-LINK usb device is overheating the GPU and is making games really lagggg??? I believe this could be a problem for a lot of users and they dont even know that the problem is maybe in their plugged usb devices!
