Can I run Battlefield 4?

Will I be able to run bf4 with these specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon II x3 440 3.00GHz
GPU Asus Geforce GTX 750 1GB-GDDR5
4GB RAM.
5200RPM Sata HDD 1TB

Running a game and getting decent framerates are two very different things. Sure, it may run, but when you start to play it unless you like playing at a crappy 4:3 1280x1024 or 1024x768 you're out of luck. CPU is decent-ish, graphics card only has 1GB vRAM, and 4GB RAM is not enough for today's games. If you want a upgrade, if your motherboard supports an FX6300, get that, upgrade RAM to 8GB, and get a 750ti, or even used card like 770 or R9 270x.
