I installed a new i5 4690K (3.5Ghz) in a new MSI Z97 Gamimg 5 (Both LGA 1150) it has two stick of 8Gb DDR3 1600Mhz Memory (16Gb total), and a 650W power supply and a GTX 980 SC. The problem is that windows will not start, it "Blue Screen of death" every-time that it tries to load, telling me there is a problem with the hard drive, but I changed hard drives to see if that was the case, and windows still crashed... The CPU temperatures are normal (35 C) and the PC posts normally, and all the components show up correctly in the BIOS, and I can run windows in recovery mode (but it won't find any problems). So I was wondering if it was simply a software issue, but again even on a different hard drive, with a different windows, it still crashed, Please help, this PC is my little brother's Christmas present.

Thank you,
