I've just upgraded my PC by replacing my CPU, GPU and motherboard.
(i5 4690k, Z97 Gaming 5 & MSI R9 380)

HOWEVER, I have a problem. Everything works fine other than my RAM slots and audio. Both my Ram sticks are the same and work individually in slots 1/2 however slots 3/4 on my motherboard don't seem to work properly. Whenever a RAM stick is in either slot 3/4 the PC will restart itself 2 seconds after bootup and will constantly do it. This is my main issue although I have another issue which is my audio doesn't seem to work, my microphone works but headphones don't, it signals audio coming through but I don't here anything. Everything is unmuted, full volume, up-to-date but doesn't work.

(I've updated drivers and BIOS) ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO SOLVE PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

Solution
Betting you have a third party CPU cooler? Yes/No - if so you may well have it too tight in a corner or side - that can throw off the MC causing you to 'lose' a channel. If you do have a third party cooler, loosen it up then snug down screw tight . Might also want to reset CMOS, then install DRAM and try
