Heyho folks,

Was wondering what are the normal temperatures for NB and SB on my mobo?
What's the estimated maximum temperature?
And in addition, at what temperature should I start looking into doing something about it?

I recently changed one of my case fans as the old stock one was starting to make uncomfortable noises.
However, I found that the new fans sound-profile was a bit too ear-piercing, so I lowered the RPM .

Without knowing too much about what is considered the normal temperature range for my motherboard - and not being able to find any specs when googling for it - I decided to try and ask here.

Idle:
Compared to the most noisy - but likely most efficient - configuration of fans , there was very little if any difference in temperature when idle (0-1°C).

Load:
To test for temperature during regular load with the previous configuration, I'd start Fallout 4 at max settings and let it run in a somewhat demanding spot in the game (city) for about 10 minutes.

For my current configuration, the values are based on ~2 hours of idle time, followed by ~1 hour of Warframe on max settings, and ~1 hour of Fallout 4 on max settings - which I reckon could be a contributing factor to the increase in temperature.

Here I saw an increase of 2 - 5°C.

In any case, here's a screenshot of the readout from HWMonitor following the 2h idle, 2h gaming test - are they fine, or?

Northbridge is always hotter than southbrigde. Worrying temps would be 60-70, 40-50 should be safe.

Cheers for the (very!) quick response.
My apologies for being pedantic, but I assume NB@47°C is also fine, in that case? :)

When does NB/SB temperatures go from 'fine' to 'worrying'?

Thanks for the quick replies, much appreciated!
Now I can finally stop obsessing about my temperatures, and enjoy a silent computer. ;)
