Usually if you don't plugg in the CPU cooler the computer shuts off immidietaly to reduce damage to the CPU but it might still have damaged it.

Remove your Mobo battery and wait 10 secounds then plug it in..... Ofc check your cpu Cooler it needs to be strongly fixed on the mobo
