Why Do I have to Run My NIC at a Slower Link Speed Just to Connect?

Hi, I've been recently having issues connecting to the internet, but I finally got it to work by lowering my NICs link speed from 1.0Gb/s Full Duplex to 100 Mb/s Half Duplex. My internet was working fine on the 1Gb/s FD yesterday morning, and I had a speed test of 165Mb/s down and now I'm getting about 24-26 Mb/s down since I lowered the link speed. If I try changing my link speed back to Full Duplex Gigabit there's connection issues and I can't load anything. Is there any way I can go back up to the Full Duplex Gigabit connection while still being able to connect to the internet?

Yes, I've tried every single port on both the router and the modem, also whenever I run the diagnostics test for my connection while I have the speed set to gigabit I'm getting these
