So my gpu has just made it past the warranty date and I'm thinking that it might be time to overclock the card for a boost in performance.

I was wondering what the highest overclock without changing the voltage would be so I could get the most out of my GTX card.

Currently my new attempt at overclocking without any artifacts is:
+200 GPU - 1314/1453 MHz
+250 MEM - 7260 MHz

With GTA V maxed out, sitting on an average of 37 FPS with the temps at 57 - 60 degrees Celsius

See what you can push by simply tweaking the power/temp limits (I tend to keep that one below 85) and core/memory clock at stock voltages. Tweak the voltage in very small increments if you want to push the card further and your temperatures are still looking good - which they should with that cooler.

Un-max some of the advanced settings in the game and you'll get a whole heck of a lot higher. I have no problem pulling 55-70 FPS throughout the game with it still looking great.

Other than that, just play with MSI Afterburner and see what works best for your card. Every card OC's differently.

Thanks for the quick reply, I know that if i put the settings down ill get better FPS but I'm just using the game to make sure the temps don't get too ridiculous whilst the card is under a large GPU load. I usually play on medium to high with a solid 60+ FPS

Any ideas on how to increase the speed with a different overclock?
