I was wondering about a water cooling system that could easily provide cooling to a safe temperature. I was thinking of Overclocking my Intel i7 3930K, so that a pc could host a Minecraft Server. I would pay for someone else to host it, but considering no fixed recording times, and sometimes just being a multiplayer map, I wouldn't want to pay for not using it. Anyway, back to the point. It has a large amount of mods on the server and only a few people. I did my research, and found for a Minecraft server an Overclocked i7 3930K and Overclocked i7 4770K. My motherboard I am planning to use is a Asus Rampage IV Extreme LGA 2011 Intel X79 Sata 6GB/s USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard. Sorry about the long name. Thought it would be useful. And if it helps, might be using a G.Skill Ripjaw 32GB (4 x 8GB). But anyway, back to the point, again. I am looking for a water cooler for my CPU, also correct me if I'm wrong, the CPU is based in the motherboard, and again, correct me if I'm wrong, a Processor needs cooling?

Edit:

My hardrive might be at least 5T to save all the server handlers and saves.
Also, if you want to know the Model for the G.Skull 32GB is F3-149000010Q 32GBZL.

I assume you mean an AIO water cooler. Your choices are limited by how big your case is. if your case allows for two 120mm fan slots (in the same area), you can go for this:

Corsair H100i GTX:
http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Performance-Liquid-Cooler-CW-9060021-WW/dp/B00SV7IEJI/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1451518649&sr=1-1&keywords=H100i

However if your case allows for two 140mm slots in the same orientation, you can go fro one of these:

Corsair H110i
http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Hydro-H110i-Cooling-CW-9060020-WW/dp/B010NS1LVA/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1451518823&sr=1-1&keywords=H110i

NZXT kraken X61
http://www.amazon.com/NZXT-Kraken-Liquid-Cooling-RL-KRX61-01/dp/B00L0YLJJG/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1451515188&sr=1-1&keywords=NZXt+X61

The latter two will yield better cooling results as the radiator has a higher surface area

What USAFret^ said is very true. Liquid cooling is only favored because it often disperses more heat and you don't have issues with RAM clearance (Your RAM is directly to the right of your CPU on the motherboard and air cooling requires a larger build up on the CPU itself, possibly causing there to be not enough room for your RAM, which you need.) That being said liquid cooling is also prone to more points of failure, and is harder to install. This could possibly be an issue with your apparent knowledge of computer hardware. You could achieve similar overclocking results on both air and liquid cooling.
